Mrs. Kaksha Parekh is also a board member of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO).

Mr. Yash Parekh holds an impressive educational background, having completed a degree in Finance from the State University in New York. From an early age, Mr. Yash Parekh has demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial qualities, constantly seeking opportunities and embracing challenges.

As the next-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Yash Parekh joined Gem Aromatics in 2010 and quickly rose through the ranks, gaining valuable experience across various departments and roles within the company. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including business development, operations management, strategic planning and R&D.

Mr. Shrenik Kishorebhai Vora is one of our directors. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a certificate of membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is having a rich experience of more than 25 years in the field of Investment Banking and Financial Services which include Syndication & Structured Finance, Debt Restructuring & Resolution, Corporate Finance and Management Consulting and has successfully structured and delivered numerous transactions across various sectors.

Mr. Ajay Sahai is one of our independent directors. He also holds the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management from AMITY University.

He is the Director General & CEO of Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO). He is a part time Member of India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC). For his contribution to the Ease of Doing Business, he was accorded 'Certificate of Appreciation' by the World Bank.

Prof. Parag Gogate is one of our independent directors. He completed Ph. D. (Tech.) from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India and is also currently associated with ICT as an Professor of Chemical Engineering and Controller of Examinations.

The main research interests of Prof. Gogate include Cavitation phenomena, Wastewater treatment, Design of Multiphase reactors, Separation Processes and Process Intensification. Prof. Gogate has published over 400 research papers in International journals and has also written 30 chapters in books.

Mrs. Vishakha Hari Bhagvat is an independent director.

She has considerable experience in the field of commercial contracts and legal documentation in project/infrastructure finance, regulatory compliances/framework, etc.

Shubhangi B Umbarkar is one of our independent directors. She has been associated with National Chemical Laboratory, Pune as a scientist since 2002.

A renowned scientist specializing in Green Chemistry and Catalysis. Recognized by the British High Commission, she ensures our R&D aligns with the latest global environmental and sustainable chemical standards.

Mr. Dinesh TV serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the seamless operations of all manufacturing units and supply chain logistics.

Mr. Dinesh ensures that production targets are met with uncompromised quality standards across all sites. He brings extensive leadership experience in large-scale operations and execution excellence.
