Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
How we work, what is included and what is not.
Getting started
What type of interiors do you work on?
The studio plans homes, apartments, villas, offices, retail environments, hospitality settings and select wellness and healthcare spaces, with specific scope confirmed during consultation.
Do you take on only large projects?
The right engagement depends on complexity and the required service. Share the size and problem you want to solve for a scope discussion.
Can you update just one room?
Potentially. Single-room planning, furniture curation, lighting and styling can form a focused scope where feasible.
What information should I send initially?
Project city, approximate size, property type, photographs or plans if available, preferred timeline and main priorities are a useful starting point.
Can you work beyond Ulhasnagar?
Mumbai Metropolitan Region is the stated service market; specific out-of-area projects depend on agreed availability and logistics.
Do you have a physical office in Mumbai?
The supplied contact address is in Ulhasnagar. Do not claim a separate Mumbai office unless a real address is confirmed.
Do you offer design consultations online?
Initial briefing can be discussed remotely when suitable; surveys and technical approvals may still require site assessment.
Do you charge for a first consultation?
Consultation charges have not been confirmed. Do not advertise a free consultation unless the proprietor approves that offer.
How do I get started?
Send a brief using the contact form or call +91 93200 03358; share property location, scope and timeline so the appropriate next step can be discussed.
Scope, fees & budgets
How are design fees calculated?
Fees depend on project size, complexity, deliverables, site conditions and execution responsibilities. A written proposal should explain the fee basis.
Can the project be budget-led?
Design options can be evaluated against an agreed investment range, although material prices and vendor quotations must be confirmed at the time.
Do you prepare BOQs?
BOQ and specification support is among the proposed services. Agree the measurement basis, item inclusions, pricing assumptions and revision process.
What is the difference between design and execution?
Design defines the proposed result through plans, specifications and decisions. Execution involves procurement, fabrication, site coordination and installation within an agreed contract.
What if the scope changes?
Changes should be recorded with the effect on drawings, procurement, timing and cost before approval and execution.
Will I receive a timeline?
A programme can be agreed based on scope, approvals, site access and vendor lead times. Do not promise dates before assessing those factors.
Design decisions
Can you help before we buy furniture?
Yes. Space planning, furniture sizing and circulation should be considered early, before large pieces are ordered.
Do you offer space planning separately?
Yes, spatial planning can be discussed as its own engagement rather than automatically including full execution.
Can I see 3D visuals before execution?
3D visualisation can help compare layouts and finishes; final materials, on-site lighting and tolerances can differ from visualisations.
Do you design for small apartments?
Yes. Efficient circulation, integrated storage and careful furniture size choices are especially important in compact homes.
Do you provide modular kitchen planning?
Kitchen plans can consider appliance clearances, storage, countertop workflow, ventilation and hardware, subject to technical consultant and supplier confirmation.
Can you coordinate existing furniture?
Furniture selection may begin with an inventory of pieces to retain, refurbish or reposition before new purchases are considered.
Can you reuse existing materials?
Reuse can be evaluated where materials are safe and in suitable condition; feasibility depends on measurements, condition and scope.
Do you provide lighting planning?
Yes, design discussions can include ambient, task and accent lighting, fixture proportions and specialist electrical coordination.
Will the final interior look exactly like a render?
No render can guarantee identical appearance; material samples, real light and actual execution conditions should guide final sign-off.
Can I request material samples?
Sample reviews should be arranged where suitable and subject to sample availability and the agreed design engagement.
Do you use sustainable materials?
We can discuss durability, repairability, waste reduction and responsible sourcing. Environmental certifications must not be claimed without documentation.
Can you design accessible spaces?
Inclusive layout considerations can be incorporated, with applicable standards and specialist review where required.
Can you help select art and décor?
Art, rugs, textiles, lighting and accessory selection can form part of a styling scope.
Execution & handover
Do you provide turnkey execution?
Turnkey support is among the user-reported offerings; the written agreement should clarify included contractors, materials, management, timeline and exclusions.
Can you work with my own contractor?
Coordination models can be discussed, but responsibility for design, measurements, workmanship and warranties must be documented.
What does a project handover include?
The handover list depends on the contract and may include punch-list closure, warranties provided by vendors and relevant maintenance information.
Do you handle renovation while a property is occupied?
Phasing may be possible after assessing safety, access, dust, noise and work sequence; do not assume occupancy is always feasible.
How do you choose suppliers?
Selection should consider specification compatibility, lead times, quality, warranties, availability and cost; commercial arrangements should be disclosed where applicable.
What is an execution drawing?
A working drawing communicates dimensions, locations, interfaces and details necessary to coordinate site or fabrication work.
Workplaces, retail, hospitality & clinics
Do you work on commercial offices?
Yes. Typical planning concerns include workstations, meetings, acoustic privacy, reception, brand expression and team circulation.
Do you plan restaurant interiors?
Yes. Seating variety, service circulation, atmosphere, cleaning needs and kitchen coordination inform restaurant interiors.
Do you design wine shops?
Wine and liquor retail interior planning is within the user-stated scope; statutory licensing, safety and specialist equipment compliance remain with appropriately authorised parties.
Can you design clinics?
Clinic layouts can cover circulation, reception, waiting comfort and material choices. Healthcare compliance and specialist services must be checked with qualified advisers.
Can you help create a cohesive brand experience in a store?
Yes. Fixtures, finishes, customer movement, signage and product presentation should be designed together.
Trust & evidence
How can I verify a project in the portfolio?
Published case studies should clearly distinguish built work from visual concepts and provide verified project scope and imagery permissions.
