Process
A thoughtful process. From possibility to place.
Five stages, each with a clear question, clear inputs from you and a defined output. Coordination and site stages apply only where they are part of the agreed scope.
01
Discover
We listen to how the property will be used, what matters, the preferred investment range and the timeline.
02
Concept
We test layouts, mood directions, furniture positioning and spatial priorities.
03
Design
We develop agreed plans, finish selections, relevant details and 3D visualisations.
04
Coordinate
Approved information moves into vendor and site coordination, according to the agreed scope.
05
Handover
We review the agreed deliverables, outstanding items and the completed environment.
The Living Blueprint
See the sequence in three dimensions.
A demonstration room moves from plan to volume to materials to a finished space — the same order every project follows. Use the controls, or skip the tour.

Plan for purpose
A measured plan first: wall lines, openings, furniture footprints and the dashed circulation route from the entrance to the seating and the light.
- Space planning
- Material selection
- Custom furniture
- Lighting
- Execution

Changes, payments and timelines
Changes
A change after approval is written down with its effect on cost and time and approved before work proceeds.
Payments
Payment stages are set out in the written proposal and linked to stages of work. We do not publish standard rates.
Timelines
We share a realistic schedule after the brief, approvals and lead times are known. No duration is promised before then.
Questions about scope and fees
How are design fees calculated?
Fees depend on project size, complexity, deliverables, site conditions and execution responsibilities. A written proposal should explain the fee basis.
Can the project be budget-led?
Design options can be evaluated against an agreed investment range, although material prices and vendor quotations must be confirmed at the time.
Do you prepare BOQs?
BOQ and specification support is among the proposed services. Agree the measurement basis, item inclusions, pricing assumptions and revision process.
What is the difference between design and execution?
Design defines the proposed result through plans, specifications and decisions. Execution involves procurement, fabrication, site coordination and installation within an agreed contract.
What if the scope changes?
Changes should be recorded with the effect on drawings, procurement, timing and cost before approval and execution.
Will I receive a timeline?
A programme can be agreed based on scope, approvals, site access and vendor lead times. Do not promise dates before assessing those factors.
